Attendance
Attendance at Stafford Leys is very important to us. We have a target for our school of 97% this academic year.
We work closely with parents to ensure that all our students receive a full-time education which maximises opportunities for every pupil to realise his/her full potential. Any absences from school will affect children’s learning and therefore holidays in term time will not be authorised.
Attendance and punctuality is regularly checked by our internal attendance officer. Parents of children whose attendance falls below acceptable levels will be contacted by the school in the first instance, but could be escalated to or our Trust Attendance Officer.
