At Stafford Leys Primary School, we wish to provide all pupils with an exciting and engaging PE and sport provision. Our long-term aim is to increase the profile of sports and promote sporting experiences through a variety of activities, PE lessons and extra -curricular clubs. Our PE curriculum is broad and balanced and aims to challenge pupils to reach their full potential.
PE and Sports Premium Funding
Majority of schools will receive PE and Sports Premium Funding each year to improve the PE and sport provision they offer the children in their school. The amount of funding each school receives will vary dependent on the number of pupils in attendance (January school census). The funding provided must be used to develop or add to the PE and sport activities that our school provides. PE and Sports Premium Funding should be spent on sustainable actions, benefiting future pupils of Stafford Leys.
